Good day to everyone! This is the most stable ROM that exists for ViewPad 10s. ViewCOMB 3.2 is based on VegaComb 3.2, including all updates. My idea was to adapt VegaComb for ViewPad 10S. I made few cosmetics changes on VegaComb, added some applications, and made some tweaks in kernel. All credits go to the VegaComb developers. Thanks to Newbe5, Rebel1, Ejtagle, Corvus, Cass67 and all VegaComb developers. ![]() I have an Advent Vega Tablet. I have an Advent Vega. Your USB 'Android Developer Bridge' driver MUST be the one included in this download. I have an Advent Vega tablet running Android 2.2 which I am trying to connect to my PC running Windows 8.1. When I connect via USB cable, my Vega says. I was walking past a cash converters shop a few days ago, and saw this tab for only £110, it was the tegra 2 spec that caught my eye, i managed to convince the manager to through in a 4gb card as well for free, I rushed home to google the model number and was impressed by the spec v price, there isnt a scratch on it, and iv seen it advertised for as much as £370, so iv just bagged a vega clone for a third of the price, im well chuffed, iv downloaded all the above links and I am about to attempt to install viewcomb on it, but I have a few questions to ask first, 1. Do i need to root the device first?, and how would I do that? I have the rom on the tablet, do i install from the sd card? Has the issues concerning the hdmi and usb root hub been fixed? Any chance of a step by step guide for newbies like myself for the model? I know thats a lot to churn through, sorry for the hassle, many thanks in advance, xd. I am newbe on this forum, do my questions. I have POV Mobii Tegra table without BT and 3G. At this moment I use 2.2 ver taken from POV website. I just downloaded VegaComb_HC3.2_Build9n firmware and please answer to my questions: - will be such software adequate to my hardware? Firefox for yosemite download. - will be my tablet rooted? - Will my tablet work properly witht ver 3 of Android ie VegaComb_HC3.2_Build9n? - will the Flash content included in some web site will be display properly? - Will Android Market will work properly? And maybe very stupid question (as newbee can ask) - any manual HOWTO update my unit. Advent Vega Tablet SpecificationOk so i was running Vegabean beta6 on my ntt smartbook pad umts but it didn't work well so i thought ill install CM10.1 Build 15 rom. And now im stuck on bootloop. After couple hours i have finally get into nvflash mode. But the real problem is that i can't install drivers. Advent Vega Tablet Usb DriverIm runing on win 8 32bit and its still saying 'unknown device' I tried to install it manually, (Device manager-> Update software drivers -> pick path -> tegra tab 10 usb drivers) But i keep geting 'Windows can't install device 'Unknown device' ' I tried also this But it didnt help, still have the same information. Anyone know what to do? How to install them? Or how to flash my tablet. Advent VegaThanks for any help And sorry for my english Hope u understood me. As I have noticed there are two kinds of USB drivers for this tablet. Strange enough I need one kind for installation under WinXP and other kind for installation under 64bit Win7 (they were not interchangable!). In driver's folders 'amd64' and 'i386' they both have the same content, but they totally differ in driver's root folder. One has only 'NvidiaUsb.inf' and the other has: androidwinusb86.cat, androidwinusba64.cat, android_winusb.inf and source.properties. I know I got one from MoDaCo: Or if you don't want to download that 97MB file you have here only the needed zip file: And the other from this site (it's the site for my POV tablet): And the needed file is called 'Tegra Tab 10 USB Driver.zip'. Advent Vega TabletBoth links found thru Google! Quote: Originally Posted by yani2000 As I have noticed there are two kinds of USB drivers for this tablet.
